Gimme Some Sugar

One of my favorite South Florida antique malls is The Sugar Chest Antique Mall in Pompano Beach. It opened about 2 years ago, just about the same time that a nearby antique mall was going through a major shake up. Some of the displeased dealers defected to Sugar Chest and helped fill the 30,000 sf space.  From the 200+ dealers, here are 10 pieces that because of design merit, value, oddity, or nostalgia that I found to love on a Saturday afternoon.
i'll fall for just about anything plexi (about $50)

vintage velvet trimmed lampshades (the pair approx $175)
mock-croc console and stools (amazing @ $180)
two side tables approx. $700/coffee table approx $400
the most ambitious bean art I have ever seen
murano glass lamps approx $400 pr
wild west meets marrakesh @ $30
fab oil with furry/fuzzy matte
part of a dining room table and chairs set
can't beat the patina on old wood toys
What did I buy, you ask? A $4.00 1962 Password game. Who remembers Password???
